I get a LOT of comments about the "serious" mood of my images, and I will not argue with that. There is a certain mood I go for in my work, but what people don't really know is the rather goofy process I use to capture that mood...it is pretty much the polar opposite of the final outcome.
There is QUITE a lot of laughter going on when I am photographing people...that's part of the process, actually. There is a small moment that happens, right after the laughter dies down, and the "serious" face starts to appear again. Right then is when the expression that I am looking for happens.
This little series shows the moments prior to that happening ________________________________________ ______
