About this photo: I don't even know how many times Brittany and I ate lunch here...too many to count.

This was one of those times

Looking back, it was not the cuisine offered at this greasy spoon diner that led us to go there again and again with each other. Rather, I think it was simply because it was the first place we ever ate together. It was here that we hit it off with each other...and it is our human nature to revisit these pleasant moments as often as possible.

It is the same thing that made me want to dig this photo up from the archives and revisit the set of memories it represents.

It worked...I am smiling as I write this
