I give very specific direction to whoever I am photographing. I'll demonstrate the pose/action myself...which often gets me laughed-at by everyone present at the shoot. It frightens me a bit when I remember there is actually video of me doing exactly that, floating around out there...blackmail material, for sure
Fortunately (in this image), I am not demonstrating how to do a "runway-walk", or a "come here, tiger" expression...I'm just explaining to the model that I wanted her to kind of "launch" herself off of the wall, towards me.
But it's only a matter of time, before a blackmail-worthy photo/video shows up somewhere...hehe ______________________________________________

New here as of today ( I still have to fill out my profile...). I love this because it shows your interaction with the model, actually teaches me something, and I got a laugh out of the caption! I wish more photographers would show behind the scenes shots... Thanks!
Lol I know that over in our neck of the woods *TheHarlequinsMask has pictures of =polarimpress demonstrating poses that are kept for blackmail. It's very...amusing
Haha, that's great!! ^ o ^ Just own it before they blackmail it. nodnod. You can totally rock whatever pose or expression ya got goin on. x]] your direction is quite amazing, so no worries!
Would love to see one of your "runway-walk", or a "come here, tiger" demos caught on camera But I'm guessing you'd keep those as far away from the net & strangers as possible. Still nice to see a small part of your 'process' in action. April Skinner seems to have caught some pretty nice moments and angles from this shoot
Are you using the 24-70 mm L series lens? The lens is in this picture
